I first purchased a Tackform magnetic phone mount several years ago for my previous truck and was very happy with the mount's performance. So when it was time to add mounts in my new truck for a TPMS monitor, Garmin GPS and Furrion rear observation camera monitor, I returned to Tackform (after considering others). I have a Builtright dash mount in mount truck and bought several Tackform products to mount the aforementioned items to it. Tackform products provide the needed reach/strength/flexibility and are solid when driving/towing. No more suction-cup mounted stuff on the windshield! I would highly recommend these products to others.
Worked fine but Dash to 67 arm different ball size. Gave up and resorted to "old school" cupholder mount and threw all the miss matched parts in attic. Buy the entire dash mount/arm/GPS (or phone) unit from one company. Sometimes the cheap is expensive.
I needed a odd size ball for my Furion RV camera monitor to attach to my standard mounting device/arm. This worked perfectly and was nice and snug in my Bulletpoint mount. Very happy with fit and finish.
Placed this on my Garmin and my Furion RV camera and worked perfectly on both my Tackform and Bulletpoint mounts.
After receiving the arm that would allow me to connect this with my 7” Furrion Monitor and my Ram B ball I found that the “pressure fit” of the ball into the monitor will not hold the monitor. Is it necessary to super glue the fitting in order for it to work?

It sounds like you purchases 'the wrong tool for the job' Feel free to contact our tech support team and we'll steer you in the right direction.
The product you purchased is not compatible with the RAM B Ball.
One ball is 20mm in diameter and meant to interface with our 20 Series Ball and Socket Parts. The larger ball designed to fit into Furrion. It has a snug fit and works as intended. We test each batch upon receipt.
It sounds like you need a 1' to 22mm double ball, not the 20mm to 22mm double ball you purchased.
