VERSATILE HEAVY DUTY CLAMP – This all aluminum clamp is designed to accommodate a round bar, pole or rod up to 1.25" in diameter, in addition to being able to mount to a table, desk or any flat surface under 1 5/8" thick. Large comfortable knob allows for quick installation and removal with a few twists.
EXTRA LONG ARM - Heavy duty, all-aluminum, 3-way modular 10.75" arm allows for unlimited positioning. Dual elbows as well as dual ball joints allow you to get the perfect position. Removable extension allows you to use this on any of your exercise equipment while always getting the correct viewing distance. Thumbscrews allow for quick adjustment. When tightened down, this arm won't budge.
AUTOMOTIVE GRADE ABS TABLET CRADLE - Quality plastic cradle with spring loaded arm can hold all size tablets, from the smallest to the largest. Assorted size legs and the ability to rotate between portrait and landscape modes allow it to hold all types of devices. Large devices can be grabbed by the sides, while small devices are grabbed top and bottom. Watch the video for more info.
DEVICE COMPATIBILITY - The tablet cradle will accommodate any tablet with a screen size between 7" and 18.4", or a tablet with a width between 6.25" and 10.5". So far, I’m impressed. I wanted a strong, sturdy mount that wouldn’t allow my iPad to dip or droop, and that’s exactly what I got. I’m using this on a table and a stool to use the iPad for digital painting as well as serving as a reference point when painting on canvas (vs printing out images and taping them near the canvas). In addition to this, I bought the super clamp thing so I could have two mount points and only have to move the arm itself to relocate. It, too, is made of solid material, has a strong bite, and is versatile in its ability to clamp on to different surfaces (flat, round, polygonal). The weight of the pieces is apparent as soon as you open the box. This is not a plastic rinkydink knockoff. If you’re browsing and comparing brands trying to determine which one has quality materials, place Tackform high on your shopping list. This was written in March 2021, for future reference.
I needed a tablet holder that would provide support for my tablet while operating my Long Arm Quilting Machine. Tablet had to be upfront so I could use the touchpad, but allow ease of access to the machine for needle changes, thread changes and adjustments as required. This was the perfect solution. I highly recommend. Rock solid and sturdy!!
Thank you, Tackform! This holder was exactly as advertised. The construction is excellent, it's very sturdy when everything is clamped down and it's very adjustable. This feels like a piece of gear that's going to outlast a few iPads.
Shipping was fast and express shipping was very reasonable. Tackform doesn't blow up the invoice with huge shipping and handling charges. Assembly instructions were clear and easy to follow, and everything was neatly and safely packaged with nothing damaged in transit.
I'm really impressed with the gear and the company. It's rare to find a vendor who takes care of business with no bs. I will definitely look to Tackform first for device-mointing solutions in the future.

So far this has worked great for me. I have a spin bike that I ride in the morning for 6 days a week. I use my iPad to read and the mount allows me to keep my head up and read while I'm riding. No more stiff neck!!!
I’ve gone through a number of iPad mounting solutions… but the search is over now. This thing is solid and versatile enough that I can get my tablet in virtually any position I care to.
