Look, some people get excited about tech gadget stuff: they sniff it, they unpack and pack it 100's of times before they ever use it just to see if the box that was chosen to house their new gadget is befitting its glory.
I am not that guy. I buy items because I need them to work AND I expect the company making those products to be more than just great visionaries. I expect them to take that great idea and execute better than they dream. Meet Tackform. Simple solutions to an issue that nearly every vehicle owner has. The difference is that they EXECUTE bringing those solutions to consumers: their products work. Period. No fidgeting. No modifications. Now, I am sure that there are some users who purchase their products with unreal expectations: like holding that 2001 Dell Inspiron 6400 laptop at the end of their 7" articulating arm without shaking... Don't be that person. Nobody likes that person.
But, and I feel confident if you ARE that person, and you feel compelled to complain about their products, they would do everything in their power to make you happy because their customer service is second to none.
So, its a device mounting system that is well thought out and equally as well delivered upon. I'd buy another if ever in need of another useful tool to solve such a problem: which is highly likely.

Purchased for a 2021 Ultra Limited. The arm which came with it wasn’t long enough so I got the 6” arm and it works great for the Go Pro. The employees are very customer service-based. It was a very enjoyable interaction with them. If I need another Mount I will definitely buy theirs. All metal construction no cheap plastic here!!!

Ive put roughly 1200 highway miles on the whole set up with my phone and Ipad in it and it has held up great. Haven't ran any trails but Im certain that it will hold up great from what Ive seen it.
Their quality product is only trumped by the top notch customer service. As we have all seen in past few years with customer service industries seemingly treating customers more like a burdens, it’s the only transaction I’ve encountered where I felt like a valued customer. The way things used to be when we were treated like valued customers before employees lost the customer is always right attitude and still strived to please. This company has not lost their respect for the consumer and will go the extra mile to help. My problem was solved with promptness and specificity. Amazing products and they will be the only ones I use as long as they continue with that trend.
