The product is beautiful and good quality, but the main reason for the high score is the because of Erica. She is a lady who exchanged more than 20 emails with me. She was helpful, of course, but also polite and patient.
I was looking for a mount that I could install in my Honda Rune, and the installation would require me to drill the bottom of my dashboard, and then the hidden 20mm ball must be silver/metallic (not black) [who know Runes will understand why]. So, in the end she was able to create specific links to allow me to buy 3 different parts.
