At Tackform, we stand by the quality of our products. If you are not satisfied with a product purchased directly from Tackform.com, we offer a full refund within 30 days of purchase, excluding shipping costs, provided the following conditions are met:

• Refund Request: Must be requested within 30 days of the invoice date.
  
  
• Direct Purchases: Items must have been purchased directly from Tackform.com. For Amazon returns, please contact us through the Amazon platform or email us at support@tackform.com with your Amazon order number.
  
  
• Complete Package: All package contents must be complete.
  
  
• Condition: Products must be returned in like-new condition. Items that are damaged or show signs of wear will not be refunded and can be returned to you at your expense.
  
  
• Wholesale and Fleet Orders: May be required to pay return shipping based on agreed terms.

Please note, shipping charges are non-refundable. When returning items, retain a receipt as proof of drop-off with the shipping carrier until your refund is processed.
