Tackform Limited Warranty
This warranty is limited to Tackform product that were purchased directly from Tackform or a Tackform authorized reseller. This warranty is limited only to Tackform mounts and Tackform components. This does not include any device or devices attached or mounted to a Tackform mount. This includes but is not limited to your phone, GPS, tablet or other devices. This warranty does not cover any part that has been modified or used in any manner other than which it was intended.
The Tackform warranty does not cover any part or product that has been abused, misused, has been subject to temperatures beyond ordinary weather conditions. If the defective part or product has been discontinued, we will suggest a suitable alternative. If an alternative is not available, the discontinued part is no longer covered under warranty.
Metal Parts - Lifetime Warranty
Plastic or ABS Parts - 3 Year Warranty
Electronics - 1 Year Warranty
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Repair or replacement of this product, as provided herein, is your exclusive remedy. Tackform shall not be liable for any special, incidental or consequential damages, including, but not limited to, lost revenues, lost profits, loss of use of software, loss of recovery of data, rental of replacement equipment, downtime, damage to property, and third-party claims, arising out of any theory of recovery, including warranty, contract, statutory or tort. Notwithstanding the term of any limited warranty or any warranty implied by law, or in the event that any limited warranty fails of its essential purpose, in no event will Tackform’s entire liability exceed the purchase price of this product. Some states/provinces do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state and province to province..
There is no upgrade on products, only replacement of defective components.
How To Make A Lifetime Warranty Claim
- Take a Digital Photo - Make sure that the mount and the broken or defective section are clearly visible. *
- To the best of your ability please explain how and when the product failed.
- Provide proof or purchase – Examples of proofs of purchase include but are not limited to your order number from our website, your Amazon order number, or receipt from retail location.*

This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear over the lifetime of the product. There are no upgrades; only defective components will be replaced.
We will replace the broken component only and not the entire mounting system.
We will contact you for the small shipping charge. This number varies based on the weight of the replacement part.
Tackform will only warranty products purchased through Tackform Authorized Retailers.
International customers are responsible for the cost of shipping for warranty related claims. We strongly encourage International customers to consult with our sales team prior to checking out to ensure the appropriate item is purchased.
