3/8"-16 THREADED BALL - This adapter allows you to install into an unused mirror hole on your motorcycle or scooter. Standard 3/8"-16 thread means it can be used in any hole with that thread and is not limited to the mirror mounting hole.

Excellent phone holder! Installed in about five minutes, positioned in about two minutes. Paid extra for the anti vibration and well worth it not a chance in the world of losing this phone. This is mounted on my 2009 Yamaha fjr 1300ae and with all the adjustability can see everything perfectly which is great for my Sena s20, I ride a lot this bike has 59670 miles at present. Tackform mounts are fantastic. This one is sturdy and the most versatile of any mount I've seen - infinite positioning. Well made and built to last. However, my commentary is about their customer service. I had an issue w/ the thread size in my mount and there was a card in my packet that said, "Is there a problem?" If so contact me (Erica) right away. Guess what, Erica answered the phone. She sent me all three thread sizes with a return label to send back the two that didn't work. My mount is set up perfectly now and I couldn't be happier!
In this day and age, w/ all the e-com commerce available, customer service, that personal touch matters.
