This extension works great but I had to swap the ends from the phone mount to work correctly as they are for different ball sizes.

7.25" Modular Arm
A very stout and useful arm. I had originally planned to use the 6" aluminum shaft instead of a modular arm but I'm glad I didn't. This arm is longer and infinitely more adjustable than the 6" shaft but the cost is the same. I ended up having to mount it in a different location in my truck than I originally anticipate which meant the arm needed to be bent 90°; no problem for this arm. I also like that I can purchase extensions if needed. It's all metal and a solid piece.
