If for any reason you are not satisfied with a product you purchased directly from Tackform.com within 30 days of purchase, we'll refund the full amount of the purchase price, less shipping, given that the following conditions are met:

  • Refund must be requested within 30 days of the invoice date.
  • Items must have been purchased directly from Tackform.com. For Amazon returns please contact us through the Amazon platform or shoot us an email at support@tackform.com with your Amazon order number.
  • All package contents must be complete.
  • All product must arrive back to us in like-new condition. If the products are damaged or show physical signs of wear you will not be refunded for those parts and they can be sent back to you at your expense. 
  • Wholesale and fleet orders may be required to pay return shipping based on agreed terms.

Shipping charges are not refundable.

When sending your items back, please get a receipt as proof that you dropped the item off with a shipping carrier. Please retain that receipt until you receive your refund.

At Tackform, we pride ourselves on fast order turnaround. Here are the details of our order processing and shipping policies:

Order Processing: Orders are packed and shipped Monday through Friday only.

FedEx Express Orders: Orders placed before 2 PM Central time ship the same business day. Please note that FedEx 2-Day shipping does not include Saturday or Sunday as shipping/delivery days.

USPS Orders: USPS orders ship the same or next business day unless otherwise noted at the top of the product description page.

Weekend and Holiday Orders: Orders placed on weekends and select holidays will be processed on the following business day.

Payment Issues: If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate or incomplete payment information, order processing may be delayed by an additional 2 business days.

Bulk and Wholesale Orders: Orders over $250 and wholesale orders may require an additional 1-2 days for processing.

Urgent Deliveries: For orders with urgent delivery dates, feel to contact us and we will be happy to explore faster shipping options.

Please note, Tackform is not responsible for carrier delays and does not provide refunds in such cases.
SHIPPING INFORMATION

TACKFORM LIMITED WARRANTY

This warranty is limited to Tackform product that were purchased directly from Tackform or a Tackform authorized reseller. This warranty is limited only to Tackform mounts and Tackform components. This does not include any device or devices attached or mounted to a Tackform mount. This includes but is not limited to your phone, GPS, tablet or other devices. This warranty does not cover any part that has been modified or used in any manner other than which it was intended.

The Tackform warranty does not cover any part or product that has been abused, misused, has been subject to temperatures beyond ordinary weather conditions. If the defective part or product has been discontinued, we will suggest a suitable alternative. If an alternative is not available, the discontinued part is no longer covered under warranty.

Warranty Duration:

  • Metal Parts - Lifetime Warranty
  • Plastic or ABS Parts - 3 Year Warranty
  • Electronics - 1 Year Warranty

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Repair or replacement of this product, as provided herein, is your exclusive remedy. Tackform shall not be liable for any special, incidental or consequential damages, including, but not limited to, lost revenues, lost profits, loss of use of software, loss of recovery of data, rental of replacement equipment, downtime, damage to property, and third-party claims, arising out of any theory of recovery, including warranty, contract, statutory or tort. Notwithstanding the term of any limited warranty or any warranty implied by law, or in the event that any limited warranty fails of its essential purpose, in no event will Tackform’s entire liability exceed the purchase price of this product. Some states/provinces do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state and province to province..

There is no upgrade on products, only replacement of defective components.

How To Make A Lifetime Warranty Claim:

  1. Take a Digital Photo - Make sure that the mount and the broken or defective section are clearly visible.*
  2. To the best of your ability please explain how and when the product failed.
  3. Provide proof or purchase – Examples of proofs of purchase include but are not limited to your order number from our website, your Amazon order number, or receipt from retail location.*
  4. Please Provide Shipping Address
  5. Email Above information to support@tackform.com

*Notes:

  • This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear over the lifetime of the product. There are no upgrades; only defective components will be replaced.
  • We will replace the broken component only and not the entire mounting system.
  • We will contact you for the small shipping charge. This number varies based on the weight of the replacement part.
  • Tackform will only warranty products purchased through Tackform Authorized Retailers.

  • Short Reach Conversion: All of our long reach motorcycle mounts can be converted to short reach if necessary. This kit includes additional mounting components that provide you with the flexibility to convert this platform to better suit any shorter length mounting applications.
  • Dual Socket Perfection: Although we have shorter arms available, the 3.5" metal arm provides solid support while minimizing vibration. Dual thumbscrews allow you to quickly loosen/tighten the ball and socket joints which allows for unlimited positioning. This arm will not break, bend, or boogie on you. Awesome product

I am very pleased with this phone mount for the BMW K1600 GTL. The Chrome does really look good. The phone is safely held by the mount. I am posting a couple pictures which will speak for themselves.

I just installed this mount on my 2023 BMW R1250RT. I'm very impressed with the kit. For my install I wanted my phone as close to the handlebar as possible. I called tackform customer service and a very helpful guy named Nick helped me to understand that in addition to the ball mount there is a dovetail mount the can also attach to the handlebar screw. This allows you to effectively use just 1/2 of the 3.5" arm kit. This is exactly what I wanted. Also, I'd note that the handlebar screw has a recessed hole that the dovetail or ball mount will engage to lessen the risk of anything coming loose if you move the arm around. Overall this is well thought out and the components look great. The kit also comes with one of these rubber "surrounds" (I've seen them on other phone mounts, it's roughly rectangular and can go around the corners of your phone) if you want the phone to be connected with additional security.
