USPS Orders: USPS orders ship the same or next business day unless otherwise noted at the top of the product description page.

Weekend and Holiday Orders: Orders placed on weekends and select holidays will be processed on the following business day.

Payment Issues: If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate or incomplete payment information, order processing may be delayed by an additional 2 business days.

TACKFORM EASY 30 DAY RETURN POLICY

If for any reason you are not satisfied with a product you purchased directly from Tackform.com within 30 days of purchase, we'll refund the full amount of the purchase price, less shipping, given that the following conditions are met:

  • Refund must be requested within 30 days of the invoice date.
  • Items must have been purchased directly from Tackform.com. For Amazon returns please contact us through the Amazon platform or shoot us an email at support@tackform.com with your Amazon order number.
  • All package contents must be complete.
  • All product must arrive back to us in like-new condition. If the products are damaged or show physical signs of wear you will not be refunded for those parts and they can be sent back to you at your expense. 
  • Wholesale and fleet orders may be required to pay return shipping based on agreed terms.

TACKFORM LIMITED WARRANTY

This warranty is limited to Tackform product that were purchased directly from Tackform or a Tackform authorized reseller. This warranty is limited only to Tackform mounts and Tackform components. This does not include any device or devices attached or mounted to a Tackform mount. This includes but is not limited to your phone, GPS, tablet or other devices. This warranty does not cover any part that has been modified or used in any manner other than which it was intended.

The Tackform warranty does not cover any part or product that has been abused, misused, has been subject to temperatures beyond ordinary weather conditions. If the defective part or product has been discontinued, we will suggest a suitable alternative. If an alternative is not available, the discontinued part is no longer covered under warranty.

Warranty Duration:

  • Metal Parts - Lifetime Warranty
  • Plastic or ABS Parts - 3 Year Warranty
  • Electronics - 1 Year Warranty

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Repair or replacement of this product, as provided herein, is your exclusive remedy. Tackform shall not be liable for any special, incidental or consequential damages, including, but not limited to, lost revenues, lost profits, loss of use of software, loss of recovery of data, rental of replacement equipment, downtime, damage to property, and third-party claims, arising out of any theory of recovery, including warranty, contract, statutory or tort. Notwithstanding the term of any limited warranty or any warranty implied by law, or in the event that any limited warranty fails of its essential purpose, in no event will Tackform’s entire liability exceed the purchase price of this product. Some states/provinces do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state and province to province..

There is no upgrade on products, only replacement of defective components.

How To Make A Lifetime Warranty Claim:

  1. Take a Digital Photo - Make sure that the mount and the broken or defective section are clearly visible.*
  2. To the best of your ability please explain how and when the product failed.
  3. Provide proof or purchase – Examples of proofs of purchase include but are not limited to your order number from our website, your Amazon order number, or receipt from retail location.*
  4. Please Provide Shipping Address

*Notes:

  • This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear over the lifetime of the product. There are no upgrades; only defective components will be replaced.
  • We will replace the broken component only and not the entire mounting system.

The 2024 Jeep JL, Gladiator, and 4XE are now all equipped with industry standard AMPS mounting holes integrated directly into the dashboard, eliminating the need for a multi-mount bracket. Each Direct Fit Dash Mount kit includes our AMPS base that's built from high-grade 6061-T6 aluminum for premium look and feel.

  • Universal Phone Compatibility: Our phone holder is designed to seamlessly work with nearly all smartphone models, cases, and sizes. While you're on the go, it ensures a secure fit for any device, whether or not it's in a case. Capable of securely holding devices up to 3.7" wide and 0.6" thick.   • Innovative Cradle Design: Experience the difference with our specially designed cradle. Unlike standard spring cradles, our octagon-shaped grips minimize heat transfer by pulling the phone away from the cradle's back on hot days. Looks great, holds tight

Perfect fit, took just five minutes to mount. Holds very tight, no shaking. Looks sharp. Glad to not have anything on my windshield anymore. I'd like to see more turning and articulation, not just up and down and tilt, but that's no big thing. Very happy with it!
