Magnetic car phone holder

I had an issue with a magnetic phone holder i purchased from Tackform not being compatible with my ridged phone case. This was ignorance on my part and not a product defect. The magnets weren’t strong enough to go through the phone case material and stick to the mount. And normally the magnets can go on the outside of the case but because my phone case surface was ridged that didn’t work.
Erica worked with me to replace the mount with one that worked with my phone. The customer service at this company is top notch and know that if you are not pleased for any reason you will receive a refund.
I will always pay a little more for a good quality product with excellent customer service. Nice job Tackform!

The suction works well. We have very bumpy roads so I need a strong one. The knob on the base works well but the knob near the clamp is difficult to tighten. The phone slowly drifts down.
