Order Processing: Orders are packed and shipped Monday through Friday only.

FedEx Express Orders: Orders placed before 2 PM Central time ship the same business day. Please note that FedEx 2-Day shipping does not include Saturday or Sunday as shipping/delivery days.

USPS Orders: USPS orders ship the same or next business day unless otherwise noted at the top of the product description page.

Weekend and Holiday Orders: Orders placed on weekends and select holidays will be processed on the following business day.

Payment Issues: If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate or incomplete payment information, order processing may be delayed by an additional 2 business days.

Bulk and Wholesale Orders: Orders over $250 and wholesale orders may require an additional 1-2 days for processing.

Urgent Deliveries: For orders with urgent delivery dates, feel to contact us and we will be happy to explore faster shipping options.

Please note, Tackform is not responsible for carrier delays and does not provide refunds in such cases.

TACKFORM 30-DAY RETURN POLICY

At Tackform, we stand behind the quality of our products. Items purchased directly from Tackform.com may be returned within 30 days of the original order date, subject to the eligibility requirements below. 

To begin your return, visit the order look-up page (tackform.com/returns), find your order, and generate your return label.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY

To be eligible for a refund, returned items must be:

  • Initiated within 30 days of the original order date

  • Unused and uninstalled

  • In original condition

  • Returned with all original components, hardware, accessories, and packaging

  • Purchased directly from Tackform.com

Items that are used, damaged, installed, modified, missing components, missing packaging, or otherwise not in resellable condition may be denied or subject to a partial refund.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

RETURN SHIPPING

A prepaid return label will be provided for eligible domestic returns, and the label cost will be deducted from the final refund.

Restocking Fees

Unused, uninstalled, complete returns in original packaging are not subject to a restocking fee.

A restocking fee of 20% may apply if the item requires repackaging, cleaning, replacement packaging, replacement hardware, or additional inspection.

In rare cases, if a returned item is damaged, heavily used, incomplete, altered, or beyond reasonable cleaning or repair, it may not be eligible for a refund. If that happens, our team can return the item to you at your expense.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Clearance or final-sale items, when clearly marked on the product page

  • Custom, modified, or special-order products

  • Merchandise, including t-shirts, water bottles, bags, and similar branded items 

  • Gift cards

  • Items not purchased directly from Tackform.com

DEFECTIVE, DAMAGED, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.

If the issue is confirmed to be due to a Tackform error or product defect, we will make it right.

For items with manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship, please refer to our Warranty Information page.

For Amazon orders, please initiate your return directly through Amazon.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International customers are responsible for return shipping costs, duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and related charges.

Original shipping charges, duties, taxes, and import fees are non-refundable.

We strongly encourage international customers to consult with our sales team prior to purchase to ensure the appropriate item is selected. 

TACKFORM LIMITED WARRANTY

This warranty is limited to Tackform product that were purchased directly from Tackform or a Tackform authorized reseller. This warranty is limited only to Tackform mounts and Tackform components. This does not include any device or devices attached or mounted to a Tackform mount. This includes but is not limited to your phone, GPS, tablet or other devices. This warranty does not cover any part that has been modified or used in any manner other than which it was intended.

The Tackform warranty does not cover any part or product that has been abused, misused, has been subject to temperatures beyond ordinary weather conditions. If the defective part or product has been discontinued, we will suggest a suitable alternative. If an alternative is not available, the discontinued part is no longer covered under warranty.

Warranty Duration:

  • Metal Parts - Lifetime Warranty
  • Plastic or ABS Parts - 3 Year Warranty
  • Electronics - 1 Year Warranty

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Repair or replacement of this product, as provided herein, is your exclusive remedy. Tackform shall not be liable for any special, incidental or consequential damages, including, but not limited to, lost revenues, lost profits, loss of use of software, loss of recovery of data, rental of replacement equipment, downtime, damage to property, and third-party claims, arising out of any theory of recovery, including warranty, contract, statutory or tort. Notwithstanding the term of any limited warranty or any warranty implied by law, or in the event that any limited warranty fails of its essential purpose, in no event will Tackform’s entire liability exceed the purchase price of this product. Some states/provinces do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state and province to province..

There is no upgrade on products, only replacement of defective components.

How To Make A Lifetime Warranty Claim:

  1. Take a Digital Photo - Make sure that the mount and the broken or defective section are clearly visible.*
  2. To the best of your ability please explain how and when the product failed.
  3. Provide proof or purchase – Examples of proofs of purchase include but are not limited to your order number from our website, your Amazon order number, or receipt from retail location.*
  4. Please Provide Shipping Address
  5. Email Above information to support@tackform.com

*Notes:

  • This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear over the lifetime of the product. There are no upgrades; only defective components will be replaced.
  • We will replace the broken component only and not the entire mounting system.
  • We will contact you for the small shipping charge. This number varies based on the weight of the replacement part.
  • Tackform will only warranty products purchased through Tackform Authorized Retailers.
