At Tackform, we stand behind the quality of our products. Items purchased directly from Tackform.com may be returned within 30 days of the original order date, subject to the eligibility requirements below.

RETURN SHIPPING

A prepaid return label will be provided for eligible domestic returns, and the label cost will be deducted from the final refund.

RESTOCKING FEES

Unused, uninstalled, complete returns in original packaging are not subject to a restocking fee.

A restocking fee of 15% may apply if the item requires repackaging, cleaning, replacement packaging, replacement hardware, or additional inspection.

In rare cases, if a returned item is damaged, heavily used, incomplete, altered, or beyond reasonable cleaning or repair, it may not be eligible for a refund. If that happens, our team can return the item to you at your expense.

TACKFORM LIMITED WARRANTY

This warranty is limited to Tackform product that were purchased directly from Tackform or a Tackform authorized reseller. This warranty is limited only to Tackform mounts and Tackform components. This does not include any device or devices attached or mounted to a Tackform mount. This includes but is not limited to your phone, GPS, tablet or other devices. This warranty does not cover any part that has been modified or used in any manner other than which it was intended.

The Tackform warranty does not cover any part or product that has been abused, misused, has been subject to temperatures beyond ordinary weather conditions. If the defective part or product has been discontinued, we will suggest a suitable alternative. If an alternative is not available, the discontinued part is no longer covered under warranty.

  • Metal Parts - Lifetime Warranty
  • Plastic or ABS Parts - 3 Year Warranty
  • Electronics - 1 Year Warranty

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Repair or replacement of this product, as provided herein, is your exclusive remedy. Tackform shall not be liable for any special, incidental or consequential damages, including, but not limited to, lost revenues, lost profits, loss of use of software, loss of recovery of data, rental of replacement equipment, downtime, damage to property, and third-party claims, arising out of any theory of recovery, including warranty, contract, statutory or tort. Notwithstanding the term of any limited warranty or any warranty implied by law, or in the event that any limited warranty fails of its essential purpose, in no event will Tackform’s entire liability exceed the purchase price of this product. There is no upgrade on products, only replacement of defective components.

PRODUCT INFORMATION

Our universal tablet cradle will hold any tablet with a screen size from 7" to 18.4", which includes all popular tablets from Apple, Samsung, LG, Microsoft, Sony and just about anyone else!

For an easier measuring reference, you can simply measure the length and width of your tablet. The cradle has a minimum gripping size of 6.25" and can open as wide as 11.5".  

The 1" deep grips provide a secure hold even if your tablet is in a protective cradle. 

Depending on the size you will be able to hold your tablet in either landscape mode, portrait mode or both. Because of the spring-loaded grip, you will also be able to hold your tablet securely regardless of the orientation. 

Paired with our AMPS 20mm ball connector, this cradle can be mixed and matched with many of our other bases, clamps or arms to meet your specific needs. This cradle is also compatible with other popular mounting systems utilizing a 20mm Aluminum ball.

Common uses for this tablet cradle are tablet mounting for ELD Devices. Whether it be the garage, studio, home gym, man cave, she shed or anywhere else, we're confident that you can design the perfect solution that is unique to you. Solid mount!

I’ve got a 2019 rzr turbo xp and I was looking for a mount for a tablet that I wanted to install. Couldn’t find anything that was a full set that fit my needs elsewhere so I pieced together a kit on tackforms website with a tablet spring loaded mount, and 4” arm and a 20mm ball with a 8mm bolt. Everything mounted up perfect to the grab handle bar that has adjustment holes already in it. Couldn’t have asked more a more intentional looking fit! I did have to buy an M8 nut and washer to finish the install but it was no big deal.

Tablet on the go

I used this holder on my motorcycle. After a 1000 km trip, I had no issues with it. It even holds great on bumpier roads (off-road might be to much for it).
I switched to the locking bracket, but I can still use this as a phone holder.

The Tackform tablet holder is working out really well for my setup. I like the flexibility it offers to handle multiple different sizes. I did,however, apply some electrical tape to the rubber stoppers so they stay in place after losing one within days.

I bought this to hold my ipad in my car. It does the job but I find the thumb screws had to tighten enough to be secure. The 2lb rating might be a tad too high for this size. I should have gone with the 26mm setup.

Best Tablet Holder Ever!

Ive gone through multiple tablet holders over the years for Live Music gigs. While some kind of work, others dont really work, this one absolutely works! I have no fear that my tablet will slip move or tilt while I'm using it to mix live sound, control lighting or review lyrics. I've bought two because when it comes to live performing you will always need a backup at least once. This model with the steel pivot ball wont break so I know it will take some abuse.

I have this mounted on my 3TPAM mount. So far it holds steady. I haven't taken it offroad yet to test its true holding capabilites. It did feel a little fragile but time will tell. As I use this more I'll update my review.

Love the tablet mount! I can even change the size when I upgrade to a larger tablet. The hold is very firm and doesn't move when wheeling off road. Great product.
