If for any reason you are not satisfied with a product you purchased directly from Tackform.com within 30 days of purchase, we'll refund the full amount of the purchase price, less shipping, given that the following conditions are met:

  • Refund must be requested within 30 days of the invoice date.
  • Items must have been purchased directly from Tackform.com. For Amazon returns please contact us through the Amazon platform or shoot us an email at support@tackform.com with your Amazon order number.
  • All package contents must be complete.
  • All product must arrive back to us in like-new condition. If the products are damaged or show physical signs of wear you will not be refunded for those parts and they can be sent back to you at your expense.

TACKFORM LIMITED WARRANTY

This warranty is limited to Tackform product that were purchased directly from Tackform or a Tackform authorized reseller. This warranty is limited only to Tackform mounts and Tackform components. This does not include any device or devices attached or mounted to a Tackform mount. This includes but is not limited to your phone, GPS, tablet or other devices. This warranty does not cover any part that has been modified or used in any manner other than which it was intended.

The Tackform warranty does not cover any part or product that has been abused, misused, has been subject to temperatures beyond ordinary weather conditions. If the defective part or product has been discontinued, we will suggest a suitable alternative. If an alternative is not available, the discontinued part is no longer covered under warranty.

Warranty Duration:

  • Metal Parts - Lifetime Warranty
  • Plastic or ABS Parts - 3 Year Warranty
  • Electronics - 1 Year Warranty

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Repair or replacement of this product, as provided herein, is your exclusive remedy. Tackform shall not be liable for any special, incidental or consequential damages, including, but not limited to, lost revenues, lost profits, loss of use of software, loss of recovery of data, rental of replacement equipment, downtime, damage to property, and third-party claims, arising out of any theory of recovery, including warranty, contract, statutory or tort. Notwithstanding the term of any limited warranty or any warranty implied by law, or in the event that any limited warranty fails of its essential purpose, in no event will Tackform’s entire liability exceed the purchase price of this product. Some states/provinces do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state and province to province..

There is no upgrade on products, only replacement of defective components.

Every arm in our device holder kits come standard with black knobs. Accent Kits include a colored set of billet aluminum hardware to swap out the black knobs, and for 5" to 12" DuraLock™ arms, you can swap out the black accent ring as well.

Note: DuraLock™ arm lengths 2" to 3.5", all telescoping arms, and all 26 Series™ or 38 Series™ components are NOT compatible with accent rings.

Upgrade your 2016-2023 Toyota Tacoma and 2014-2021 Toyota Tundra with the most dependable ALL-METAL vent mounted Midland mic holder on the market. Engineered to meet the demands of both on-and off-road drivers, each vent mount kit is built from high-grade 6061-T6 aluminum and CNC machined for enhanced strength and durability. Using laser scanning technology, our vent brackets are precisely designed to match the complex contours of your vent bezel, while the hardcoat anodized finish provides an OEM look and feel, seamlessly blending with your vehicle's interior.


MIDLAND MAGNETIC CB MIC HOLDER

Made from billet aluminum, this CB radio mic holder is both simple and stylish. It's equipped with a 20mm ball that connects via our Type-B Connection. If needed, you can replace this ball with a 25.4mm, 26mm, or 17mm ball to fit other ball and socket systems. Additionally, the holder has a unique two-part design. It comes with a custom attachment to replace the clip on the back of your Midland radio. This transforms it into a robust magnetic mounting system. With 8 neodymium magnets (4 on each side) and matching polarities, you can easily detach the radio from the mount with just a quarter-turn. (Compatible with Midland MXT275 and Midland MXT575)
