There's a lot of options out there for wireless chargers but here are a few features that set's us apart,

  1. THE SMART SENSOR - This product is equipped with a smart sensor and here is how it works. The arms start in the open position. Once a phone is inserted the smart sensor will detect it and the arms will automatically close, and your phone will begin to charge. When you want to remove your device you simply press the side button on the cradle and the arms open back up, and remain in that position until you re-insert your phone.  
  2. FOREIGN OBJECT DETECTION - This safety feature detects metal objects in or on the phone case that can lead to overheating.  One classic example is when people try to use a wireless charger but still have a metal plate in the back of the phone that may have been used in the past for magnetic mounting. 
  3. PHONE COMPATIBILITY - This cradle will accommodate all phones between 2-5/8" to 3-7/8 wide and up to .75" Thick

Excellent Phone Mount/Charger - Excellent Customer Service

I love the way the Tackform powered phone holder looks and functions in my 2018 Toyota Tacoma. It has a sleek, high quality look (nothing like those cheap chargers on Amazon) and wonderfully. The cradle holds tightly to my phone on the roughest trails and keeps it charged up,

As with all my Tackform products, superior design and quality of construction reign supreme.

As with all my Tackform products in the Jeep TJ, superior design and quality of construction reign supreme. The automatic sensor that adjusts the side arms to the Samsung Note 20 Ultra width? Very cool.

My only potential caveat: the thumbscrew and threaded coupler on the back to tighten the mount to the ball are both plastic. I've had issues with other brands/products using this type of connection — we'll see. Ultimately, I trust Tackform design.

Note to Tackform: might want to think about redesigning for a secure ball on the back of the mount (like an AMPS mount ball?) that’ll then attach to a thumbscrew coupler on an arm? Just a thought.

Tackform Wireless Qi Charger Has Performed Great!

I recently transitioned to the new Qi charger which has been performing great! The operation is very smooth and charges quickly. I am currently using this in a Poyota Highlander. When I had an issue, Erica in Customer Support was extremely helpful and sought for a quick resolution. I own two of their products and they are both solid as a rock.

I highly recomend using Tackform!
