At Tackform, we stand behind the quality of our products. Items purchased directly from Tackform.com may be returned within 30 days of the original order date, subject to the eligibility requirements below.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY

To be eligible for a refund, returned items must be:

  • Initiated within 30 days of the original order date

  • Unused and uninstalled

  • In original condition

  • Returned with all original components, hardware, accessories, and packaging

Items that are used, damaged, installed, modified, missing components, missing packaging, or otherwise not in resellable condition may be denied or subject to a partial refund.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

RETURN SHIPPING

A prepaid return label will be provided for eligible domestic returns, and the label cost will be deducted from the final refund.

RESTOCKING FEES

Unused, uninstalled, complete returns in original packaging are not subject to a restocking fee.

A restocking fee of 15% may apply if the item requires repackaging, cleaning, replacement packaging, replacement hardware, or additional inspection.

In rare cases, if a returned item is damaged, heavily used, incomplete, altered, or beyond reasonable cleaning or repair, it may not be eligible for a refund. If that happens, our team can return the item to you at your expense.

TACKFORM LIMITED WARRANTY

This warranty is limited to Tackform product that were purchased directly from Tackform or a Tackform authorized reseller. This warranty is limited only to Tackform mounts and Tackform components. This does not include any device or devices attached or mounted to a Tackform mount. This includes but is not limited to your phone, GPS, tablet or other devices. This warranty does not cover any part that has been modified or used in any manner other than which it was intended.

The Tackform warranty does not cover any part or product that has been abused, misused, has been subject to temperatures beyond ordinary weather conditions. If the defective part or product has been discontinued, we will suggest a suitable alternative. If an alternative is not available, the discontinued part is no longer covered under warranty.

Warranty Duration:

  • Metal Parts - Lifetime Warranty
  • Plastic or ABS Parts - 3 Year Warranty
  • Electronics - 1 Year Warranty

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Repair or replacement of this product, as provided herein, is your exclusive remedy. Tackform shall not be liable for any special, incidental or consequential damages, including, but not limited to, lost revenues, lost profits, loss of use of software, loss of recovery of data, rental of replacement equipment, downtime, damage to property, and third-party claims, arising out of any theory of recovery, including warranty, contract, statutory or tort. Notwithstanding the term of any limited warranty or any warranty implied by law, or in the event that any limited warranty fails of its essential purpose, in no event will Tackform’s entire liability exceed the purchase price of this product. Some states/provinces do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. There is no upgrade on products, only replacement of defective components.

Fisher Hand-Held Controller Mount

2017 Ford F-250 XLT
This was my son's truck and he was fine using the hand-held controller. Not so much for me. I purchased your setup (vent-mount base, 2-inch arm, and snow plow controller mount) and it's been great. The only drawback is that the 2-inch arm leaves the controller a bit close to the shifter. I've been able to work around it, but if you think that might be an issue for you, go with the 3.5-inch arm instead.

Have had this in my work truck for the second winter and love it. Very sturdy and hasn’t moved at all. Easy to remove for summer or when I need to have 3 people in the truck. Solid product!

This mount works better than expected. It fits nice and snug in my RAM 1500 truck and puts the controller right where I want it. Other phone mounts I ordered in the past were not as solid as this is and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this product.

Enduro Series™ Cup Holder Snow Plow Controller Holder

I've bought several phone mounts in the past for prior cars/trucks and this tackform snow plow controller mount exceeds my expectations. It fits nice and snug in the cup holder of my RAM 1500 truck and can be positioned to right where I want it.
The best part though is that I no longer need to take the controller off the mount. It fits so nice and tight that I can uses the controller right on the mount with my fingers. It's a better solution than I imagined it would be and the quality of it is top notch.

I been on the fence purchasing a cup holder snow plow control holder looking at various manufacturers. I finally decided on Tackform and I’m glad I did. It holds the handheld controller in place and it does not fall out. I actually keep it in the holder while using it. This fits my 2022 Ram 2500 HD cupholder perfectly. AMPS Base Snow Plow Contoller Mount

I installed the AMPS Snow Plow Controller Mount in a 2017 Ford F250. I mounted the base a few inches under the Trailer Brake Control. I have the Mounting Arm angled slightly to the right so I have full view of the Trailer Brake Controller and the Heater Controls.
It's a solid mounting system that holds the Pliw Controller securely. I'm pleased with the product and recommend it.

I have a Hiniker Snow plow and ordered the TFEN-DM00-WP Snow Plow Controller Mount. This is not specifically designed for the Hinker controller however I used heavy duty Velcro to attach the controller to the mount. It was shipped really fast and is a high quality product. Purchased the mount for a snowplow co trolley and looks great on the dash. Obviously only using it in the Winter but good for other gadgets too when needed. Just switch out the mount and your off to other uses
