At Tackform, we stand behind the quality of our products. Items purchased directly from Tackform.com may be returned within 30 days of the original order date, subject to the eligibility requirements below.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY

To be eligible for a refund, returned items must be:

  • Initiated within 30 days of the original order date

  • Unused and uninstalled

  • In original condition

  • Returned with all original components, hardware, accessories, and packaging

Items that are used, damaged, installed, modified, missing components, missing packaging, or otherwise not in resellable condition may be denied or subject to a partial refund.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

RETURN SHIPPING

A prepaid return label will be provided for eligible domestic returns, and the label cost will be deducted from the final refund.

RESTOCKING FEES

Unused, uninstalled, complete returns in original packaging are not subject to a restocking fee.

A restocking fee of 15% may apply if the item requires repackaging, cleaning, replacement packaging, replacement hardware, or additional inspection.

In rare cases, if a returned item is damaged, heavily used, incomplete, altered, or beyond reasonable cleaning or repair, it may not be eligible for a refund. If that happens, our team can return the item to you at your expense.

TACKFORM LIMITED WARRANTY

This warranty is limited to Tackform product that were purchased directly from Tackform or a Tackform authorized reseller. This warranty is limited only to Tackform mounts and Tackform components. This does not include any device or devices attached or mounted to a Tackform mount. This includes but is not limited to your phone, GPS, tablet or other devices. This warranty does not cover any part that has been modified or used in any manner other than which it was intended.

The Tackform warranty does not cover any part or product that has been abused, misused, has been subject to temperatures beyond ordinary weather conditions. If the defective part or product has been discontinued, we will suggest a suitable alternative. If an alternative is not available, the discontinued part is no longer covered under warranty.

Warranty Duration:

  • Metal Parts - Lifetime Warranty
  • Plastic or ABS Parts - 3 Year Warranty
  • Electronics - 1 Year Warranty

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Repair or replacement of this product, as provided herein, is your exclusive remedy. Tackform shall not be liable for any special, incidental or consequential damages, including, but not limited to, lost revenues, lost profits, loss of use of software, loss of recovery of data, rental of replacement equipment, downtime, damage to property, and third-party claims, arising out of any theory of recovery, including warranty, contract, statutory or tort. Notwithstanding the term of any limited warranty or any warranty implied by law, or in the event that any limited warranty fails of its essential purpose, in no event will Tackform’s entire liability exceed the purchase price of this product. Some states/provinces do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. There is no upgrade on products, only replacement of defective components.

  2. To the best of your ability please explain how and when the product failed.

I picked the mount that works on the vent. Professionally and solidly built/designed - No cheap parts or engineering. Takes a couple tries over a few days to figure out the angles, after you’ve driven for a bit. The vent is close to the steering wheel so it’s important to figure out where the best placement is. Great product! Recommend to others.

Great vent mount phone holder

Just installed the vent mount phone holder in my Gladiator. I'm happy with the quality yet simple product that I'm getting albeit the high cost.

The item was super easy to install and it fits the mounting location really well without interfering with the vent's operation nor blocking the view to the info center. I hope it will continue giving me the same satisfactory for a long time.

I have jeep wrangler 2022 unlimited 4-door. I really like that it doesn’t move once tighten. Trying different positions on the vent. Didn’t give 5 stars as it was not easy to hold tight and screw on to the vent. Would recommend

Perfect for my wife's JLU Sahara

This worked great on my wife's 2018 JLU Sahara. The piece that mounted to the vent was easy to install and is quite a bit more durable than the vent itself. The phone cradle is well made and holds an iPhone 15 well. (I can only speak for the basic iPhone 15, not the pro or pro max) It's very stable and there is no rattling.
The phone is easy to get in and out of the cradle. It just works...

Jeep Gladiator Vent mount

What a great, solid phone mount. Easy install too. I would highly recommend this. I am just a little worried about the pressure this may put on the actual vent, because it is so much sturdier than the vent. Time will tell, but I think it will be fine. I also like the location far better than the mounts on the top of the dashboard in front of the windshield. This vent mount looks great and just blends in with the interior.
