At Tackform, we stand behind the quality of our products. Items purchased directly from Tackform.com may be returned within 30 days of the original order date, subject to the eligibility requirements below.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY

To be eligible for a refund, returned items must be:

  • Initiated within 30 days of the original order date

  • Unused and uninstalled

  • In original condition

  • Returned with all original components, hardware, accessories, and packaging

Items that are used, damaged, installed, modified, missing components, missing packaging, or otherwise not in resellable condition may be denied or subject to a partial refund.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

RETURN SHIPPING

A prepaid return label will be provided for eligible domestic returns, and the label cost will be deducted from the final refund.

RESTOCKING FEES

Unused, uninstalled, complete returns in original packaging are not subject to a restocking fee.

A restocking fee of 15% may apply if the item requires repackaging, cleaning, replacement packaging, replacement hardware, or additional inspection.

In rare cases, if a returned item is damaged, heavily used, incomplete, altered, or beyond reasonable cleaning or repair, it may not be eligible for a refund. If that happens, our team can return the item to you at your expense.

TACKFORM LIMITED WARRANTY

This warranty is limited to Tackform product that were purchased directly from Tackform or a Tackform authorized reseller. This warranty is limited only to Tackform mounts and Tackform components. This does not include any device or devices attached or mounted to a Tackform mount. This includes but is not limited to your phone, GPS, tablet or other devices. This warranty does not cover any part that has been modified or used in any manner other than which it was intended.

The Tackform warranty does not cover any part or product that has been abused, misused, has been subject to temperatures beyond ordinary weather conditions. If the defective part or product has been discontinued, we will suggest a suitable alternative. If an alternative is not available, the discontinued part is no longer covered under warranty.

Warranty Duration:

  • Metal Parts - Lifetime Warranty
  • Plastic or ABS Parts - 3 Year Warranty
  • Electronics - 1 Year Warranty

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Repair or replacement of this product, as provided herein, is your exclusive remedy. Tackform shall not be liable for any special, incidental or consequential damages, including, but not limited to, lost revenues, lost profits, loss of use of software, loss of recovery of data, rental of replacement equipment, downtime, damage to property, and third-party claims, arising out of any theory of recovery, including warranty, contract, statutory or tort. Notwithstanding the term of any limited warranty or any warranty implied by law, or in the event that any limited warranty fails of its essential purpose, in no event will Tackform’s entire liability exceed the purchase price of this product. Some states/provinces do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state and province to province..

There is no upgrade on products, only replacement of defective components.

Awesome rock solid mount

This mount would probably be just fine relying on just the 3M double stick tape but I wanted there to be no chance at movement. So I used the included bolts, drilled out the 4 spots and provided my own nylock nuts to permanently secure it. It comes with regular nuts and fender washers for those bolts (screws too if you prefer) but they didn't have the clearance I wanted but the bolts and unlock nuts worked with some patience. Once setup (I got the picatinny) you can infinitely adjust it to your liking! Highly recommend this mount, quality machining, mount, tape, hardware and look!

I don’t know what took me so long.

For whatever reason, the algorithm showed me this mount. I’d been looking for something that would allow me to mount my phone securely while not having to stick something to a window. I didn’t know anything about the company, but decided to give it a shot. I was not disappointed. The mount works great and fits the aesthetic of my 4Runner very well. It’s tactical, sturdy, and offers so much variation and options. It’s so good I later ordered more accessories so my wife has somewhere to put her phone too. I’ll be getting one of these for every car I own both now and in the future.

Best platform out on the market.

I will preface this review with the fact that I was planning on going with a different company as I have some compatible products already. The price point drew me in and the fact that I didn’t have to drill holes in my dash sealed the deal.
Overall installation was pretty straight forward with the video. I would recommend installing the rails to the mount so you’re not struggling after the fact. If you like doing things the hard way, do what you want.

Recommend better instructions regarding the hardware, I’m a simple person so I need it broken down.

I would highly recommend this product to anyone looking for low profile, highly capable hands free mounts.

Perfect fit and finish!!! It is a simple clean mount that does not detract. The no drill option hold is strong. If positioned correctly, the phone does not block the air vent and you can see the digital clock. The existing slot in the rail hides the extra length of the power cable.
