At Tackform, we stand behind the quality of our products. Items purchased directly from Tackform.com may be returned within 30 days of the original order date, subject to the eligibility requirements below.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY

To be eligible for a refund, returned items must be:

  • Initiated within 30 days of the original order date

  • Unused and uninstalled

  • In original condition

  • Returned with all original components, hardware, accessories, and packaging

Items that are used, damaged, installed, modified, missing components, missing packaging, or otherwise not in resellable condition may be denied or subject to a partial refund.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

RETURN SHIPPING

A prepaid return label will be provided for eligible domestic returns, and the label cost will be deducted from the final refund.

RESTOCKING FEES

Unused, uninstalled, complete returns in original packaging are not subject to a restocking fee.

A restocking fee of 15% may apply if the item requires repackaging, cleaning, replacement packaging, replacement hardware, or additional inspection.

In rare cases, if a returned item is damaged, heavily used, incomplete, altered, or beyond reasonable cleaning or repair, it may not be eligible for a refund. If that happens, our team can return the item to you at your expense.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Clearance or final-sale items, when clearly marked on the product page

TACKFORM LIMITED WARRANTY

This warranty is limited to Tackform product that were purchased directly from Tackform or a Tackform authorized reseller. This warranty is limited only to Tackform mounts and Tackform components. This does not include any device or devices attached or mounted to a Tackform mount. This includes but is not limited to your phone, GPS, tablet or other devices. This warranty does not cover any part that has been modified or used in any manner other than which it was intended.

The Tackform warranty does not cover any part or product that has been abused, misused, has been subject to temperatures beyond ordinary weather conditions. If the defective part or product has been discontinued, we will suggest a suitable alternative. If an alternative is not available, the discontinued part is no longer covered under warranty.

Warranty Duration:

  • Metal Parts - Lifetime Warranty
  • Plastic or ABS Parts - 3 Year Warranty
  • Electronics - 1 Year Warranty

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Repair or replacement of this product, as provided herein, is your exclusive remedy. Tackform shall not be liable for any special, incidental or consequential damages, including, but not limited to, lost revenues, lost profits, loss of use of software, loss of recovery of data, rental of replacement equipment, downtime, damage to property, and third-party claims, arising out of any theory of recovery, including warranty, contract, statutory or tort. Notwithstanding the term of any limited warranty or any warranty implied by law, or in the event that any limited warranty fails of its essential purpose, in no event will Tackform’s entire liability exceed the purchase price of this product. There is no upgrade on products, only replacement of defective components.

2025 Ford Bronco Outer Banks. Contacted Tackform about the clip style mount they offer for Bronco. Product description said would only work on base dash (plastic), not the leatherette dash of the Outer Banks. I was trying to confirm this with them when they convinced me that TRAXX Slim Track Dash Bracket would better suit my needs. Expensive, but well worth it! This mount is rock solid and super easy to install. Remove the backing from two pieces of tape and tighten one screw! Then it is just a matter of adjusting the arms to position your phone/device where you want it. Was skeptical when I ordered it that it would allow me to position my phone where I wanted it but there are so many possibilities on positioning that it was easy to place it precisely where I wanted. The MagSafe chargers are strong and lock on to my Pelican cased iPhone 17 ProMax with ease. Same for the wife's liquid silicon cased iPhone 17. Plenty of additional space on the track lock base to install additional items such as GoPro, dash cam, tablet mounts. Comes with everything you need including the charger cords. The ones supplied were a bit long for my needs so I sourced shorter cords with 90 degree plug to give it a cleaner less cluttered look.

A Solid Mount worth the Investment: 2021 Bronco Badlands

I tried cheaper ones, and you can tell there is always shortcuts. I wanted something rugged with a magsafe wireless charging. Is that so hard to ask for????

Tackforms kit is solid built, lifetime warranty for all the hardware, and it doesn't bounce or vibrate.

I plan to keep my Bronco over a decade, and I can actually see this mount outliving my truck lmao.

The mounts themselves are solid, robust, and hold without slippage. Bottom Line; it's worth the extra money.

Fast Track Dash Bracket

I have a Bronco Badlands Sas w/Lux package and it fits great. I have been off-roading and it handles the rough terrain great. Doesn't interfere with the dashboard speaker. Also I had a few questions and Customer Service is top notch!

Customer Service is top notch!

I ordered a dash mount and telescoping arm for my Bronco. It all came in with just some minor issues. I reached out to Trackform via email and had a response within minutes! I explained that I had a huge event that weekend and needed my Trackform to make videos with. Not only did they send me replacement parts, they even expedited the shipping so I would have it in time for my Bronco event!!! Phenomenal! The parts got here and my event and videos were a success! I am now a life long customer of Trackform! The dash mount for the Bronco is amazing and so is the telescoping arm. No matter how bumpy the ride was the pictures and videos came out nice and steady! I used it on an Offroad event recently and this thing is amazing!!!! Highly recommend!
