Charging phone cradle
The new cradle works perfectly. I emailed the support staff with a problem with the cradle I had for a while. They researched the problem and replaced it with no troubles. I have tackform phone and tablet holders on my motorcycle, sxs, f250 and jeep grand Cherokee. I have always liked the quality and durability of your products. I purchased this along with a trax mount, 20mm mount balls, adjustable angle arms and 3" extensions for them, and a tablet holder for the purpose of using my spare laptop monitor for AA zoom meetings on my lunch. Using DEX drains the heck out of a cell phone battery and this charger as it comes will almost keep up with the draw but using a lightning set up it will actually charge. Without using dex and just as a charger it does charge relatively fast, faster than most out there. Been using all this gear for a few weeks and I can say that while the portable laptop monitor isnt heavy, I do have it offset in the mount and at an angle and the monitor has stayed in it despite numerous bumps and potholes. 10/10 would recommend this charger and the other tackform accessories/mounts to anyone.

Tacform products just seem to work. It grabs the phone when I set it in the cradle and it lets go when I push the button and charges it in between.

I bought two of these to replace the ones I bought from Bulletpoint. The Bulletpoint ones rarely worked. Neither the charging or opening and closing the arms.
These ones work great in both of our vehicles! I’m very happy with the purchase!

gotta figure out a better mounting system though. .I'd like to try putting a 17mm ball on my 3.5" suction mount so I could have less weight of hardware hanging off the suction mount. will send photos if you give me an address. thx.

It's smaller, quieter, works ,great, has a nice easy to find at night halo light on the edges. Seems better built than the first iteration of the charger I have.

## ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Best Wireless Charging Phone Cradle I've Ever Owned!
I've tried several phone mounts over the years, and this **Tackform Qi Wireless Charging Phone Cradle with the 20mm Metal Ball** is hands down the best one I've ever used.
My previous wireless charger would constantly let my phone bounce around or even fall out whenever we hit rough trails. That was beyond frustrating.
After switching to the Tackform cradle, the difference has been incredible. We've taken my Jeep on some pretty aggressive off-road trails with lots of bouncing, flexing, and steep climbs, and **not one single time has my phone even looked like it was going to come loose.** It holds the phone securely while still charging it the entire time.
The build quality is outstanding. Everything feels solid, the wireless charging works great, and the mount inspires confidence no matter how rough the terrain gets.
I was so impressed with this mount that I'm now **converting all of my mounts over to Tackform.** Their products are built to handle real off-roading, not just daily driving.

I've been a satisfied and loyal customer for 3+ years now — purchased a bunch of products (some, upgrade replacements for a competitive brand's product); I had the previous version of this — Tackform wasn't resting on their laurels with a solid product — they engineered through better technology (now with a cooling fan). This new wireless charger is fantastic. It is much improved over the old design. The phone is gripped securely and Tackform included a cutout for the camera bump so the phone sits perfectly flat. I also love that they added a fan since the old one would trigger the Iphone over heating warning during charging on hot days.

I have never had a wireless QI charger. This charger works great. I have a Samsung Galaxy Note 10+ in an OtterBox Defender case. There is plenty of extra room to hold an even bigger phone. I was worried about my phone charging through the OtterBox case, there is ZERO issues there, it charges just fine. The auto arms to grip that grip the phone work really well. With the rough terrain I sometimes drive for work, my phone stays securely in place. It did take me a bit to get used to having to push the button on the side of the charger to release the arms, all is well now though.
