Silicone Safety Tether: All mounts include a safety tether. Given the diverse designs of phones and cases, we recommend using the included safety sling.
Anti-Theft Knob: This unique knob features a "break-it-to-take-it" design. It provides full use without tools, and can't be removed without one. This feature assures that even if the knob at the ball and socket joint is not fully tightened, your mount will stay intact.

Not exactly what was advertised.
Let me say that this item is great before I explain my problem with it. They advertise that when you lock down the item. It is rock hard "or something to that effect" I don't consider myself a wrinkling or a soy boy, but I tighten the butterfly clamps as tight as possible and yet I can still move it. Not easy like. But it does move. The phone clamp holds the phone with no problem. I see no need for the extra rubber band thingy. It looks great, I will purchase another one as soon as I buy my Garmin XT 2. I do hope they make a GPS holder for this item.
